I've overseen 80,000+ transactions across 7 states and internationally over 29 years. My wife Jennifer and I co-founded The Sears Group in Houston — and when the market collapsed in 2008, we listed $2 billion in real estate in 2009. We didn't survive the downturn. We built in it.
